Our requirements are to be in Cheltenham, a private room with a bar, preferably to have a garden, to provide a buffet or allow us to bring our own and has to be available Friday 29th July from 6pm onwards.   Depending on budget you could try the de la bere court function room at ellenborough park, it's gorgeous, there's a private bar and opens onto a beautiful private garden area.
