  I assume you are hosting a celebration and if its your custom to have liquor when you do so, then https://www.facebook.com/100605679427 Wang Thai at lagoon beach Milnerton could be another option. They only use halaal meat in their kitchen - no pork or liquor in their food. Some people who traditionally eat halaal food would be fine with eating there. they do serve wine, hence their restaurant is not certified halaal. Its not Woodstock, but fairly close, with great view . Same goes for Ocean basket and Cape Town Fish Market. They serve liquor and their food is halaal (food does not contain non halaal items) but the establishment is not halaal.
