  We have used Tool's Plumbing 713-991-1732 several times including for other family members. He advertises in the GBV newsletter. He is fair, fast, and does a good job. Did not charge outrageously even for a Sunday morning job. The individual plumber has done the repairs himself every time. He did some work at my neighbor's too, and honestly told them they should call the city for part of the work and the city did that part at no charge.
