  Wallis C. wrote: this company is a complete scam. I called them for the annual service of my furnace. their tech showed up and proceeded to scope out the work for a complete system replacement ! And then he charged me $200 for the service when in fact he just looked around and didn't do any work. The Groner(a guy named Jason Hagler) then ghosted me when I asked for a refund. I will file a complaint with Nassau County Consuer affairs and BBB. Stay away from this company !
