About us
The primary goal of Frankie's Friends charitable pet foundation is to save pets’ lives by providing grants that partially cover the cost of life-saving or life-enhancing emergency or specialty care for pets whose families cannot afford the full cost of treatment.
• Pet families pay a portion of the cost for their pet and for-profit hospitals at which pets are treated provide further discounts.
• Special funding may be made available to support the care of certified working dogs as well as the medical rehabilitation of wildlife.
• We educate pet owners about the impact advanced medicine can have on a pet’s life.
Need: Save pets’ lives!
Help save the life of a pet whose family cannot afford the cost of medical care. Your gift to Frankie’s Friends assists families who demonstrate substantial financial need and whose pets, with treatment, have a good prognosis for return to a good quality of life.
We promote:
● Better treatment of life-threatening diseases
● Better access to advanced veterinary care for pets
● Better support for the families who love them
Solution: Frankie’s Friends
We fund grants from our Hope funds for emergency and specialty care to treat pets with promising outcomes whose families cannot afford the full cost of care. Shared contributions are also made by the pets’ families and by the hospital and veterinarian treating the pet. We do not fund primary care or preventative care.

Liza M. asked:OK guys. My kids saw this kitten t hit by a car on dysart and cold water here in Avondale. Has injuries. He also bit one of the kids in the process of getting it out if the road. Can anyone tell me where we can take or if someone can get it and take it in. Here at car wash with no other adults around. Poor thing is not doing well.Liza M. replied:Update... Poor kitten "chicken" did not make it. The hospital had to put him down. 😔 good news pretty sure no rabies. So my daughter will be on antibiotics for a week. Thank you all for the advice.
