  You don't know how easy it is to buy a new home or used these days. No, I am not affiliated with any realtor or have any rel-estate other than my own home. They now have low income and low down payment loans. We even filed bankruptcy 8 years ago due to medical and lost our home. We had to be clear of our old home a min. of 3 years). I am not sure of the credit score. Realtors??? Most people don't know all of this. You need to contact any Realtor or loan company. We bought a buyer owned and a realtor gave us a name of a great company who does loans. They work together. I am sharing this to inspire others to do the same. It is cheaper than rent and it is yours!
