About us

We are a southern BBQ restaurant, family environment, and non-smoking establishment. Rudy has cooked with Pitmaster Mike Mills in Cape Girardeau MO. Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork & Smoked Pulled Chicken are on the menu daily along with other options. We personally smoke all our meats on site daily in our own smokers. Coleslaw & Mountain Beans are all Rudy's recipes. Specials through the year that include soup beans and cornbread from recipes handed down through Rudy's family generation to generation.
