  I know this has been a topic once or twice before, but I will bring it up again. How many people have had their basements checked for radon in our subdivision? How did you have it checked/tested and what does that cost? Of those who did, how many basements failed versus passed and how much does it cost to fix it? At some point, I'd like to have mine tested so that I know if I have a problem that needs to be fixed. I'm still shocked that the village granted the builder a waiver on this. I actually asked the builder and they said that there's no radon issues in this area. At the time, I didn't think to go to the village.
