  I ain't no lady, but seeing as no one has answered you yet. :) Every time my sister comes into town she drags me to [King Spa](http://www.kingspa.com). Mostly it's because she wants me to take my nephews through the men's dressing room (it's the only way to get to the water park portion) but I generally head to the saunas and whatnot as well. (There are some goofy new age-ish ones, but the salt sauna and hot-hot sauna are pretty good.) They also offer the whole nine yards of massages and such, and while I've never gotten one, my sister loves 'em.

  Most people I know - who have been to it - love King Spa (http://www.kingspa.com/) There are 1 or two more competing Korean Spas like that in DFW. People spend several hours there - and even sleep overnight. I do not know the quality of the massages there.
