  Oh, and, not to be pushy, but I found Dr. Culbertson via my uncle, Gary Mackman, who is the #1 opthalmologist in Phoenix, AZ. He said Culbertson is the one the other doctors learn from. So yeah, you could go to Millennium since they spend the most on advertising, or you could go to the guy the other doctors trust!
