  I need names of General Contractors based in Wheat Ridge to do residential remodeling, primarily a family room over a flat top 2 car garage, driveway and patios. Must have recent, verifiable, local (WR or nearby) references. Also a landscape contractor for design/build with irrigation system (unless GC has his own) I have my own master electrician.

Fair warning though if you are looking for this to be done soon that might be an issue. He is very busy right now. References certainly won't be an issue. He doesn't advertise. All of his work is from referrals and builders he has done work for for years. Good luck in your search!
