Russian-speaking only is totally fine. Basically I'm looking for someone where I can go in, tell them what's bothering me, and have them order some tests. Even when I try to do that at the super-high-rated clinics by me, the approach is mostly "why are you here if you're not dying??", as it tends to be for Russian doctors. While I'm quite sure I'm not dying, I would still like something along the lines of what a comprehensive check-up (emphasis on comprehensive) in the US would be. So, looking for a specific, tried-and-tested doctor, not clinic recommendations. Thanks much:)

  Try Chaika clinics. https://chaika.com/ They have a check-up service which includes a set of exams and tests, everything is done within 2-3 hours (in one go).
