Burn Fitness classes are a great way to get in a challenging and affordable workout that is close to home. I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor trained in Tabata and HIIT (high intensity interval training). I am also a certified barre instructor. I like my workouts to have variety and incorporate all muscle groups for a complete body workout. Classes are for all fitness levels. Times and schedules can be tailored to fit demand.
