My husband and I are very disappointed with Heather and Richard. In Short details, they did our engagement photos and they were very helpful the day of our wedding, they were with us the entire day. The photos were awesome but they took forever we got the online ones about 6 months and the actual printed ones that were included in the contract (which were 3) 1 year and 4 months later and our wedding video 1 year and 5 months later. Heather was very bad with communication I had to text her the whole time she always had an excuse for everything she mentions a car accident, a death in the family, the post office lost it (twice) and I understand sometimes things happen but this is a business and in the contract, it did show a wait for the wedding clip (8 -10 months) but they even admit they went over it. She also tried to meet up with me and told me she will text me when she is near and never showed. I also mention we were not happy with our 10 mins wedding clip they left out key details that I asked for. Heather mention she will fix and adjust the blu-rays and she finally had them delivered she didn’t have the curiosity to confront me and knock on the door she left them outside in an envelope and they had finger prints all over them. They were the same ones she showed me in the website 10 min wedding clip no changes were made. I was so frustrated we were robbed our wedding day. Heather offered as a gift from her to take photos of my newborn son first year and I refused image I would get his photos when he ‘ll be two. We asked for some type of refund on the wedding video and they refused they mention only the cost of ordering the blu-rays would be refunded which they mention was free. It has passed 3 weeks now still nothing and finally. They will not mention how much is getting refunded, I finally got to speak with Richard and they will only email me from now and I still haven’t gotten a copy of the contract I asked for 3 times (but I was able to find it in a pass email) and he basically blamed us. We spent about $4000.00 not worth the headache, time, stress, or money.
Any ladies know of a good wedding planner in the area who isn't insanely expensive?! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! :)

Check out richardharrellphotography.com (also has facebook) if you don't have any ideas for photographer yet. I work with him and he is awesome. He also has awesome ideas on great wedding venues and other vendors that have great prices!
