  Need recommendations: Looking for a pediatric dentist in our area. Our pediatrician has recommended either "Evergreen Pediatric Dentistry" in Kirkland, or Jon Dallman in Bothell. Anyone have experience with either of those that can give me feedback?

  I just made our first pediatric dentist appt for next week with Dr James Thomas at Everyone By One office. Really impressed by his credentials, love for kids and their website. www.everyonebyone.com. Haven't been there yet though!
