  Admin: I have a friend who is in extreme agony with a 3rd grade tear of the AC joint on her shoulder. Now this means nothing to me but she can't seem to get the help she needs and is in chronic pain. She saw someone yesterday who said there was nothing that could be done. I mentioned this page and how you guys are amazing in sharing your information. Does anyone have any suggestions of possibly someone who deals with shoulder injuries. Thank you.

  https://www.facebook.com/apmcentre/ check these guys out, they have a huge range of health professionals on staff & look after some footy players as well as Rollers basketballers. They may be able to help direct your friend to best option treatment as its not always surgical.
