About us
Welcome to EYES Ilderton Daycare Center. We are situated on main street in the quiet rural town of Ilderton, Ontario, which is located just a few minutes north of London. We are located in a beautiful country home which is over 100 years old and has been newly renovated into a childcare center. The center is bright and clean with hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Our front yard has plenty of space to explore and is surrounded by beautiful old trees which provides plenty of shade and the children love watching all of the hustle and bustle of the variety of vehicles that go by.
We provide care for children ages 18 months to 5 years and are open year round with extended hours from 7am to 6 pm. We also offer half day care either morning or afternoon.
We provide:
* Qualified Early Childhood Educators, who are members of the College of Early Childhood Educators
* Team teaching for enriched relationships and improved supervision
* A variety of rooms for enhanced play and opportunities-Block Room, Dramatic Play, Multi-Purpose Room and Puzzle Room
* Hot, homemade nutritious lunches and snacks
* Located for all bus routes
* Right in your own community-No long distance winter driving
* We embrace the emergent, Montessori, Reggio Emilio curriculum approach to early childhood education. Emergent curriculum is a way of planning curriculum based on the student’s interest and passions.
We are proud to be supporting our community and families and look forward to growing and learning together.
