  How much are you willing to spend? I recently had the pleasure of going to farm spirit (as someone else mentioned). As a vegetarian of nearly 20 years, this is the first time I felt like I was having a truly gourmet experience. Yes, it's not cheap. But you get 13 courses (all vegan) prepared in ways you can hardly wrap your head around. Reservations required.
