  Jacotrans - you can pre-book all the transfers with them online using this link, it's great available in a few languages - or simply pop 7 or 5 euros (depending on the part of the CF you're on, cheaper closer to Santiago) in the brown envelopes that almost all albergues, B&B's, hotels have in reception, sometimes the albergue, hotel etc call Jacotrans the day before the let them know there is a bag for collection ... http://www.jacotrans.com/p/english.html
