  I'm looking for opinions on underground fences for dogs. Not looking for a company but a do it yourself kit. Thoughts on which ones are a good price, ease of installing and of course which brands keep the dog contained the best. We have a one yr old lab that loves to run in our large yard and it would be much more cost effective to do an underground fence. Thanks!

  I am looking for suggestions... we have a drainage problem. Only when the ground is frozen and it rains heavily (usually during those rare rainy late-February/early - March rain storms). Our driveway is on a slight downslope toward our garage and when the ground is frozen and unable to absorb the rainwater, we will get a large puddle right at the corner of our driveway where it meets the left corner of our garage door. The water then seeps under the garage door and floods the garage and seeps under the wall into the lower level of our house. We tried a pump last winter and that didn't work. We are thinking we might need a drain in the garage or some type of drainage under the garage door. Who do we call or who might have DIY suggestions?
