Needing some advice about sleep!! Every few weeks I have nights where I don't sleep until after 3am... I listen to guided meditations and burn lavender essential oil, I used to rely on Chinese herbal medicine on the really bad nights but I have recently run out and I'm not keen to be dependent on pills.
What are your tricks for slipping into that deep nourishing sleep?
Can anyone recommend a health practitioner/ healer who might be able to help?
I'm keen to get to the bottom of this, and figure out why I have this issue.
