  While walking around and taking in the fresh air :-P in the Parvati Valley today came across il forno up on the slope toward Hadimba temple. Quite surreal a Italian restaurant with a wood fired oven, in a house similar to those up on Malana. Cheese and mushroom brucshetta Chicken lasagna Margarita Pizza Everything made with fresh local produce, multo bene :-)

  I am soooooooooooooooo happy to see that this place is still there! I had a meal here back in 2007 and till date it is the most favorite meal I've ever had in my life thus far! The place, the food and the people are magical and a piece of my heart has been left behind at Il Forno! I used to often wonder if they would be still there when I went back to Manali and I can't tell you how buoyed I am feeling after seeing your post Monesh Ji and those photos! Thank you so much for sharing this sir! Big thanks!
