  Hello beautiful tribe, a good friend's mum experienced early menopause and has had a range of issues since; exhaustion, erratic mood, short fuse, skin rashes to name a few. Can any body recommend any practitioners who'd work to support her body to heal/balance itself rather than using meds/hormone therapy please? I think there is openness to hormone replacement therapy if it's necessary but they'd like it to not be the first point of call. Much love to you all x
