  There's realtor whose name is Chuan Wang(phone number 408-984-7878), I know him because I recently subscribed a bay area real estate mailing list hosted by him. One of mine friends just bought a house through him weeks ago, as I know, they're quite satisfied with his service and got pretty much rebate from him. Lu
