  Looking for a new child's dentist! Back story: My son went to Tenino Elementary. Last year a child bullied my son and broke his nose and chipped his permanent front tooth. It was the 2nd to last day of school. He had it fixed about 5 weeks ago (soonest they could get it done after having to resched once because he had stomach flu). I took him to centralia. (We are fairly new in this state still). The dentist walked out with my son (still dazed from the oral sedative) and said " yeah sorry. I had to do it quick. It's not my best work. " WHO SAYS THAT!? And it just broke again! It lasted a few weeks. thats all. So my 8 year old needs a new dentist. A great one. Who do you recommend? This whole thing is such a mess and I just want him to have a nice tooth.

Ideally, I am looking for a dentist who understands special needs kids and is willing to work with families to make a dental visit positive, rather than traumatizing.   In the Olympia/Lacey area Small to Tall was pretty good when Sophia was little and very sound sensitive. They let her lean back on me, wear her ear muffs and were very sensitive to her needs. http://www.smalltotall.info/
