About us
We specialize in made from scratch creations including gourmet cupcakes, delicious cakes, tasty scones, cookies, and pies.
Because we book on a first come first serve basis, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. We can generally accommodate special occasion cakes within a two week time frame. For wedding cakes we recommend a two month notice.
If you need a last minute cake please don't hesitate to call us. We will do our best to fit you in our schedule.
We take pride in our products and because they are individually created, they are always fresh, and always made from the finest ingredients. We do not ever “stock” any product. We cannot offer refunds because an order does not suite someone’s individual taste preferences.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, notify us immediately of your concern. In the event of product quality issues we may require some or all of the product be made available to us. We will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase. If you are unable to return the product through no fault of our own we reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion. All refunds will be issued as a store credit.
Customers are always welcome to pick up their orders. However, please be aware that self-transporting any cake is at your own risk. Please check your order before you leave the premises with it. Leaving our premise with an order indicates that you are happy with the appearance of your product and responsibility of the product then becomes that of the customer. We do not recommend customers self-transport tiered cakes over two tiers tall or any cake more than 3 hours. Customer should make adequate adjustments for the transport of cakes (proper climate control, shade, an even surface, etc).
We charge additional fees for delivery of $0.50/mile; round trip.
We are not responsible for slight imperfections in design quality due to normal frosting functions: air, humidity, color lightening or darkening. 100%... show more smoothness is not guaranteed.
We reserve the rights to adjust quotes due to human mathematical error, price increases, or expired quotes. To ensure you receive the pricing you are quoted you should sign our contract as soon as possible with the required deposit fees.
