  I think it's about pricing correctly. There are plenty of resources out there how to price your handmade wares. I didn't price my items correctly and would feel awkward when people wanted to purchase wholesale as I was losing out. I now price via this formula - cost of materials and other costs associated to the business + time to make said item = WHOLESALE PRICE = wholesale price x 2 = retail price.
