  Hey Josh, I'd recommend Barry Meklir (also in Coolidge Corner) - muscularsolutions.com He's a chiropractor & his office mate is an acupuncturist. (Never been to the acupuncturist, but Barry is the most talented chiro I've ever been to)

There's one near my old house that was pretty OK but didn't have the big massage table rolly thingies that make my adjustments more likely to actually happen. I like the big massage table rolly thingies. Also, people that really, really know what they're doing. Me in a nutshell: my neck is a hard nut to crack. (yes, we had champagne at lab group)
