  We've just had a load of work done. Old Victorian house in Cotham with four flats, needed full scaffolding and lots done to the roof and gutters, replacing old render to sort damp problems, repainting, etc. We used Longcroft Building Services (76 Shirehampton Rd, Bristol BS9 2DR. Tel: 0117 968 0918). Don't seem to have a web site. Did a good job and stuck to their detailed quotes. I'd definitely be happy to use them again.
