Advanced Air Systems Heating & Air Conditioning is owned and operated daily by Todd & Teresa Hanabata and has been serving Vancouver, WA and the surrounding area since 1991. Todd is a third-generation HVAC technician and business owner. He was raised in the business working for his father and grandfather, who each owned their own heating & cooling company.

Troy M. asked:has anyone replaced a forced gas furnace heater with a heat pump in BG? any savings with the electric only version or did you install a furnace/pump combo? any suggestions on good contractors to start with?
Stephanie W. replied:We just went through this. Unless you are planning on staying in your home more than 10 years, a heat pump will not recoup their costs. We went with just an AC because we move houses every 4-5 years. The extra cost of the install and unit did not outweigh the savings in gas bills for us. We used advanced air systems 360-693-1757 for AC installs in both of our houses and have been very, very happy with their work.
