  Hi Anna, I'm organizing my kid's birthday also. There are 2 stores specialized for baloons and other birthday accessories in "Piramida" mall (ground floor, one facing the Jurija Gagarina street, one in the main building on the opposite side). For the catering I'm using "Lastavica", I was using them for some other occasion and they were quite good.
