Can you recommend a good florist for delivery to Hospital for Special Surgery? My cousin is having elective surgery next week and I’d like to send her flowers. If you have recommendations, please share!

Looking for florist in Philly I’m looking to get a friend of mine a bouquet of flowers for her birthday. I’m looking to get something that’s chic and has a bit of style and flaire to it. Anyone know any florists in philly that are open and fit that kind of criteria?
Thanks!

This little shop opened just before corona, and has since reopened, I believe. Looks a little pricey (as most flower deliveries are!), but super elegant and their shop is beautiful. https://www.odealarose.com
Recommended florists? Hello good people of Brooklyn.
I am an English guy who has fallen for one of your own, I'm visiting in September but I'd like to send some flowers in the meantime. Can anyone recommend a good florist in the area? I'll probably just let them do their thing rather than dictate something so anywhere that people have had good experiences with will be greatly appreciated.
I've looked online and but not found anywhere that's consistently recommended.
Cheers!

I use http://www.odealarose.com/ a lot. they only deliver in manhattan however, if they happen to work in the city this would work well.
