Looking for vegetarian friendly upscale restaurant I will be graduating from college in a couple of weeks and I would like to treat my parents to a very nice dinner. We are all vegetarian so I am looking for some recommendations.

Cafe Sunflower is my go-to. Really tasty, relatively nice. Two locations. Definitely recommend it.

I think you'll have a hard time finding a marriage of those two things - Herban Fix, Cafe Sunflower, etc... etc... are vegetarian but not upscale.
There are quite a few upscale restaurants around town where a vegetarian can eat without trouble. I haven't been to Nan Fine Dining in some time but if i recall they have a few options there. Meanwhile, Bacchanalia had a vegetarian tasting menu back when they offered that - i took a quick glance at their online menu and they still maintain a full array of vegetarian options.
Empire State South always has a number of vegetarian friendly plates and a there are probably no better vegetables than those coming out of the kitchen at Staplehouse ... getting in there would be the hardest part.
Even more, most upscale restaurants will accommodate vegetarians with a little heads up - especially if it's a little ahead of time. Atlas in Buckhead comes to mind as well.
Anyone have a personal recommendation for an all vegan restaurant in Atlanta? I'll be there for a day. Happy Cow lists several and they all have decent reviews. How do I choose??
