I need some advice from my fellow runners on shoes, especially if you have bad knees. I have been running in Nikes since June, but recently my knee has started to swell up. Anybody have any suggestions? other than quit running???

The experts at the running store put me in shoes that work for my body and foot strike. I did a quick search and found this store in Columbia: http://www.tryathletics.com/running.html. If you go, take your current running shoes with you, so they can look at the wear patterns.

Kat go to Ultramax. They have the deal of hooking you up on treadmill plus they give you $25 off the shoe you purchase there. Tryathletics I don't know of any specials and they don't have a machine they just have you try on a pair n run around the parking lot. The are both off of Forum. Price match them both. Ultramax should be best bet though.
