Anybody have any suggestions??? 5 weeks ago our air conditioner went out. After getting hold of the original installer they ordered the part that was needed to fix the unit. It was still under warranty so they went and ordered it. 3 weeks ago, they said they had it and would contact us the following week to set up a time to come out and repair...so.....for the last 3 weeks, no phone calls. We have called EVERY DAY and no body will answer our phone calls. We have left a message every time. Anybody have any connections with Guy Peluso Air Conditioning???? We just want our air fixed!!!!!! If no luck, can we go through someone else and have them order the same part under warranty and install it for us??? We've even left a message to just give us the part and we will get someone else to fix it! No RETURN CALLS!! 5 weeks...no air!!!
