Also I would like to write a check once a month, not have to pay cash each time, which apparently was what the guy wanted who mowed twice. (Actually a asked him to come back to mow at the level we agreed to (3 days later), and he wanted $20 instead of the $18 we'd agree to. So I paid $38 in 3 days. But more importantly we would like someone who edges with an edger vs. a weed-eater.
