I'm selling a 1962 Airstream and want my buyer to get it inspected and possibly appraised so they feel comfortable with their purchase price. Does anybody know an airstream or RV expert in Los Angeles area that can do that for a nominal fee?

I live in MA and have a ?? Where is a good source to get my Bambi appraisal ?

James Polk is a professional vintage trailer appraiser. He requires many pictures and copies of receipts to do your appraisal off site. He sends a very professional, bound booklet (2 copies I believe) to send to your insurance company. I was very happy with him. http://www.polkassociates-llc.com/
Question- on Wednesday evening we had a large barn fire. In the barn fire was our 1967 trade wind. Of course we had it insured but the insurance company indicated they go to book value. How do I get what my airstream is truly worth? Any suggestions?

Go to http://www.polkassociates-llc.com/contact.asp with your info and pictures and get an appraisal. $300. at most. Then take it to the insurance company. I got an agreed value policy on my 66 Streamline, based on his thier appraisal. You've got to prove the value of the item.
