  Costco optometrists (ODs) are wonderful if you just need vision test, screenings, and new prescription, but if you want MD, that's an ophthalmologist (can perform Lasik, surgeries). Check http://www.lakesideeyeclinic.com/index.html at 180 N. Michigan.
