About our owner Aaron Packer:
Thank you for taking interest in River Bird's Facebook page. My name is Aaron Packer and I am the sole owner of River Bird Coffee Community Roasting. My goal in creating this company, rose out the passion I have developed for coffee over the last nine years. I believe that coffee has the ability to unite so many across the globe and in our local community. I want River Bird Coffee Community Roasting to be a the catalyst where communities are nurtured.
For now we are currently operating under the Texas Food Cottage Law(http://www.legis.state.tx.us/tlodocs/83R/billtext/html/HB00970F.htm) , which only allows us to sell at my home, a farmer’s market, a farm stand, or a municipal, county, or nonprofit fair, festival, or event.
