  We are in search of a dog Neurologist for our 18 month old pup. We saw one when our puppy was 7 months old at the Southern NH Veterinary Referral Hospital and did not really care for her. We need an experienced neurologist that will take the time to figure out what's causing our poor pup's limbs to shake uncontrollably. We are willing to travel for the right one.   Our Basset Hound fell off the bed last night and can now not move his back legs. We went to Atlantic Vet with my other dog and I loved them but they're closed today. Any other recommendations for an emergency situation that offers the same good care? He is in a lot of pain.

  That sounds like a neurological issue. There is a fantastic neurological and pain management hospital in Walpole (Dr. Stephanie Kube. She cares for my elderly dachshund, who has chronic back pain). They have a rehab department, too. Hope your pup recovers quickly. http://vetneuroandpain.com
