  www.Mainethread.com has hand tools. Lasts by the pair from Dick Anderson /thornappleriverboots.com (men's as well as ladies cowboy boot lasts) - Larry Waller/ walrusshoe.com has runs of lasts for sale as well as some hand tools - there are many more :-)
