  Why is it that kids with medicaid insurance are treated like second class citizens- All Childrens being the exception. Lamont has been in terriible pain for almost two weeks now with impacted wisdom teeth and we need an oral surgeon with hospital privilges because of his heart problems. Its hard enough to find someone who does but when I do they don't take the medicaid dental plan he has. The insurance company, mcnadental has agreed to go out-of-network for Lamont but no one I've contacted will even speak to them to see if they can negotiate a fee. The insurance company has been very helpful and they are trying as hard as I am to find someone. In the meantime, Lamont is in pain. If anyone has any ideas on someone I can contact, please let me know. At this point I will take him pretty much anywhere in the state of Florida.

  Candy, we (Eric and I) had extensive Dental work done by Dr. Daniel Delrose from North River Dental in Ellenton. Check out their website. I know Dr. Delrose sooooooo well. If you call there and mention my name he may be able to help. If he can't, he probably will know someone who will. (He and Eric are good buddies. Mention both our names.
