Anyone know of a Michelin starred restaurant doing delivery (living in Massachusetts) in the United States? Question basically in the title. I saw someone recently post an absolutely delicious looking meal from a Michelin starred restaurant in the UK that did home delivery. I also know that Alinea in Chicago did a mail delivery of their Valentine’s Day menu. I was wondering if there is anything similar available today? It’s my birthday on Monday and I don’t want to do nothing like last year due to Covid. Huge foodie here! Thank you all for your help!

[Alinea is doing 2-day nation-wide shipping of pot pies.](https://www.exploretock.com/alinea/experience/265363/alinea-at-home-pot-pie?date=2021-03-24&size=1&time=20%3A00) They're offering lobster with veloute, short rib with wild mushrooms, and poultry with bordelaise. **EDIT:** In terms of local restaurants (obviously not Michelin starred), [Tasting Counter](https://tastingcounterathome.com/order), [Giulia](https://www.giuliarestaurant.com/menu), [Meyers+Chang](https://www.myersandchang.com/), and [Craigie on Main](https://www.craigieonmain.com/) are all doing takeout and/or delivery.
I'm feeling adventurous and and thinking about venturing across the river into The peoples Republic of Cambridge. Anyone have a restaurant that they highly recommend?!

Restaurant Suggestions? - Looking for a very nice restaurant for my wife's birthday Hi Boston! I used to be young and hip and know all the cool restaurants and hot chefs but I've been a boring old dad in the suburbs for a while now. Can anyone suggest a nice restaurant for my wife's upcoming 40th birthday? Something nice but not any of the old standards. We went to all of those back when we were young. What are some new, trendy, nice restaurants?

For what you are looking for I would recommend Bondir in Cambridge. The atmosphere is romantic, food and service are great. It was named one of America's best new restaurants in 2011 by Bon Appetit magazine. One of the "hotter" restaurants in the Area.

I have also heard/read good things about Salts. Specifically about their Duck for 2 (which needs to be ordered in advance)

If you want seafood, go to Neptune Oyster.

Italian, I like Giacomos

Craigie on Main is another restuarant that gets national attention, my experience there was not worth the price, but it is very acclaimed so I will give it another shot someday.

If your wife like sushi and you want to get crazy go to O Ya. I have never been there because it is hard to justify the price, but it is supposed to be, hands down the best sushi experience around. The chef there won the James Beard award for "Best Chef: Northeast" this year.
