  Dr. Dennis Millward is a friggin miracle worker. I've been getting bodywork most of my life and seen hundreds of different specialists and this guy is hands down the best. And he is affordable! If you are super broke he will sometimes do a sliding scale, but honestly he should be charging twice what he does... Anyway, 415 695 1997
