  Mama Theresa's all the way :) and i know u said no tiny portions but i'm all about hors d'oeuvres, so i always recommend 'Play' Food & Wine : http://www.playfood.ca/ Chef Moffat is top notch... i love going in and sitting@the kitchen bar and watching them do their magic!
