  Aneesas on the Quayside is a nice (non-tacky) all you can eat Indian restaurant.... loads of choice for those who don't like spice either. (http://aneesas.co.uk/about/newcastle-quayside/) Tiger Tiger will be a good choice for you to have a private / booth area.... You may like the gay scene too, Powerhouse is a good club and open all night!
