I am trying to get in shape, super self conscious am NOT the gym type, the entire thing makes me nervous and feel weird. I had bad experiences in high school looking "nerdy" so much so that going to a gym would not work for me. I go running, but i want to gain more muscle, any personal trainers that you go to with their own stuff would be great etc. I know this might sound crazy to some, but hey, everyones different.
