  http://nicolaroofing.co.uk/ Got 3 quotes for mending leak where chimney meets roof. These guys quotes £120+vat, other two companies over £500. I asked why their quote was so low and was told they quoted for the work that needed doing, the others tried to create half a days work out of a single hour work. Roof not leaked in all recent rain. Dealt with guy called Andy Hemsborough who gave no sales pitch.
