  TCM practitioner recommendation in Houston area? A good friend’s mother is increasingly debilitated by rheumatoid arthritis, prescribed pharma is not a good option. I’ve strongly recommended exploring herbal formulas and acupuncture, though they’re not familiar with TCM (nor other natural approaches generally) and could be hesitant. And so a practitioner who is not only experienced and skilled, but a great communicator who can explain, educate, help them understand, and make them comfortable with the approach could be key.
