  So the wife is a big fan of Italian food. Everywhere we've lived, she had her go to Italian restaurant. In Knoxville, it was Altruda's. In Memphis it was Ronnie Grizanti's. Since we've been here, I've been casting a wide net. So far, the Open Kitchen in Charlotte is in the lead. Any suggestions in Gaston County?
